Thesis has created an Email Design System using the HP Visual Identity that empowers consistent, versatile, and impactful 1:1 communications at scale. Through this system, we will acquire, engage, connect, and retain audiences across all HP Consumer Print offerings in a more human way.

To develop a modular, dark mode-compliant email system to guide HP's creative team and support the creation of the HP email preview tool.
While assessing email recipes, our team aimed to test dark mode compatibility using HP's new brand colors. The main challenge was sorting through their extensive color library to identify which colors and shades would be compliant with dark mode standards.
In partnership with strategy and development teams, we developed a series of recipes tailored to various business needs, including acquisition, billing, and end-of-life processes.
From those recipes, we identified the necessary modules and began constructing the email design system.
For the final product, we delivered a fully coded email builder featuring easy color and module swapping, localization options, and embedded code to assist HP's development team in streamlining email creation. The tool is organized by recipe strategy, ensuring a seamless and efficient email build process.
